Novruz is the New Year observed at the rebirth of spring by Turkic peoples around the world. The talented performers collaborating in this joyous celebration of Novruz come from the Republics of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, and Turkmenistan, as well as the Russian Federation's Republics of Bashkortostan, Tatarstan, and Tiva; the Ukrainian Autonomous Republic of Crimea; and the Moldovan Autonomous Region of Gagauzia.
