NEW YORK, Oct. 14, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Macallan announced today it has partnered with online auction house, Paddle8, to bring the story of its newest expression, The Macallan Rare Cask, to life through an auction of prized items that celebrate the whisky's unique attributes: wood, complex flavor and natural color. Working with Paddle8, The Macallan will also spotlight the collection and Rare Cask through curated experiences in three U.S. cities: Austin, Chicago and New York throughout October.

The sale encompasses a selection of unique vintage accessories for the bar, vanity, and desk, including items that celebrate the key qualities of Rare Cask – wood, flavor and natural color.
