The Marvin Companies Acquires SIW Windows & Doors' Assets; Forms SIW Solutions With Its Owners

WARROAD, Minn., Jan. 2, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- The Marvin Companies is pleased to announce that it has acquired the assets of SIW Windows & Doors and formed a new business venture, SIW Solutions. In partnership with current SIW Windows & Doors ownership, The Marvin Companies is now the majority owner of the new SIW Solutions.

Headquartered in Delray Beach, Florida, SIW is a leading manufacturer of impact-resistant windows and doors serving the high-end residential and commercial construction markets. It offers an extensive hurricane-rated product portfolio, including windows; scenic, entry and pivot doors; and garage doors with a focus on quality and modern design.

SIW was founded in 2002 by Abe and Yida Lopez and has experienced significant growth. Today, the SIW team includes more than 170 employees in two manufacturing facilities in southern Florida.
