The Mom Project Acquires Werk; Strengthens Workplace Analytics Offering

The Mom Project's existing insights division (MP Labs) will expand its employee experience and workplace productivity analytics offering under the newly formed WerkLabs.

Flexibility in the workplace is in high demand, with 96% of employees citing a need for flexibility, but only 47% saying they have access to the types they need, according to Werk research published in Harvard Business Review.
