The National Society of Hispanic MBAs Hosts The Brillante Awards and Founders Gala at its 25th Anniversary Conference

IRVING, Texas, Aug. 27, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA) announced the recipients of its annual Brillante awards, NSHMBA's highest recognition, and The Founders Circle Award winners. The organization will host an awards gala to honor the awardees on October 12, 2013 in the Grand Ballroom at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas.

The winner of the Brillante Award for Corporate Excellence will be announced at the event – the candidates are Dell Inc. and Nationwide Insurance. The Brillante Award winner for Education Excellence is the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA). The Brillante Award winner for Community Service Excellence is Mr. Carlos Orta. The Founders Circle Award winners are Mr. Bill Valle, Ms. Monica Lozano, and former San Antonio, TX mayor Henry Cisneros. Mr. Cisneros will also be the keynote speaker at this event.

Over 350 Fortune 500 executives and NSHMBA special guests will be in attendance to celebrate the honorees and the accomplishments of the organization's 25-year history.
