The NYC Economic Development Corporation and Health 2.0 Award Klara Technologies Grant to Partner with Local Federally Qualified Health Center

NEW YORK, July 18, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Klara Technologies and Betances Health Center have partnered up to create a joint initiative integrating patient communication platform into Betances' current operations. Klara and Betances received grant funding through the Digital Health Marketplace sponsored by the New York City Economic Development Corporation and Health 2.0 to launch a pilot program.

The pilot with Betances focuses on provider communication with their patients over smart messaging. The goal is to reduce the time per patient request (which would typically be handled over the phone), and avoid unnecessary call-backs and voicemails.
