NORTH MANKATO, Minn., Aug. 14, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Taylor Corporation and its affiliate The Occasions Group announced today it has reached an agreement to acquire Red Stamp of Minneapolis, MN, becoming part of The Occasions Group business unit. Red Stamp will continue to carry its brand name, website and offering in the market place.
