The OurPet's Company Announces New President/COO

FAIRPORT HARBOR, Ohio, Feb. 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- OurPet's Company (OTC BB: OPCO, www.ourpets.com), a leading proprietary pet supply company, today announced the appointment of John M. Silvestri as President and Chief Operating Officer.

Silvestri obtained his B.S. in Business Administration/Marketing from Fordham University and undertook graduate work in Financial Management at the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business Management. 

During the past thirty years, Silvestri has gained extensive executive and marketing/sales experience, while making significant contributions to such employers as The Procter & Gamble Company and M&M/Mars Inc. Most recently he was President/General Manager of LitterMaid Pet Products, currently part of the United Pet Group of Spectrum Brands and President of Farnam Pet Products of Central Garden and Pet Inc.
