NEW YORK, Feb. 3, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Praedium Group, a New York City-based national real estate investment firm, announced the acquisition of Springville Oaks Apartments in Portland, OR, a Class "A," 112-unit, garden style apartment community.
