NEW YORK, Dec. 3, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The Praedium Group, a New York City-based national real estate investment firm, today announced the acquisition of The Point at Town Center in Jacksonville, FL. Chris Hughes, Principal of The Praedium Group, made the announcement of the investment firm's most recent acquisition.

Constructed in 2018, The Point consists of eight, three-story apartment buildings and a clubhouse/leasing center.
