The Resort at Pedregal Targets Reopening Date of January 31, 2015
CABO SAN LUCAS, Mexico, Dec. 1, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Resort at Pedregal, Los Cabos' premier, ultra-luxury, landmark destination resort, today announced that it is targeting a soft reopening on January 31, 2015. The Five Diamond resort has been closed temporarily for renovations following Hurricane Odile.

The Resort at Pedregal recently terminated the former manager and severed all ties to the Capella brand for cause. Although Capella attempted to block the Resort owner's decision to terminate their management agreement by filing for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction in the New York Supreme Court, County of New York, the Court ruled against Capella. The Court's November 12, 2014 ruling maintained the ownership's operation of The Resort at Pedregal as an independent, ultra-luxury resort.
