Mr. Lane will discuss how his drive, passion and eye for rare beauty have culminated in a world-class collection and lasting legacy focused on celebrating style and elegance.

Creating hand-crafted, treasured pieces for some of Hollywood's legendary stars, Mr. Lane has become one of the most celebrated jewelry designers in the world. As a curious child growing up in Brooklyn, he had a keen interest in found objects, jewelry and art. After college, he moved to Paris where he pursued his passion for jewelry, developed an eye for vintage pieces and began his renowned period jewelry collection. Select pieces from Mr. Lane's period jewelry collection are currently on display at the Driehaus Museum's Maker & Muse: Women and Twentieth Century Art Jewelry exhibition.
