Markets. Professional Resource Directors are a vital part of the Firm's success, responsible for the execution of our human resource strategy.  Our PRDs play pivotal roles in the areas of deployment, professional development, and recruiting. Rob joined the Firm in early 2011 as a Professional Resource in the Charlotte, NC Market where he was engaged on various interesting and challenging assignments. During this time, he became a Team Leader, where he served as a coach and mentor to a group of his peers. Most recently he became a Professional Resource Director for the Charlotte, NC and Washington, D.C. Markets.

Before coming to Siegfried, Rob was a Principal with R.L. Hutchinson, IV, CPA, PA. Prior to that, he was an Audit Manager with McGladrey & Pullen, LLP and a Finance Manager for Lexus, Toyota & Scion of Melbourne in Florida. He started his career in accounting with Deloitte, where he served as an Assurance & Advisory Senior Consultant. Rob attended the University of North Florida where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Rob brings a unique combination of confidence and a strong work ethic to all that he does. His "roll up his sleeves and dig into the details" mentality enables him to take on any challenge with ease. Rob has chemistry with those around him and is extremely committed to forming meaningful relationships with his teams, clients, and peers on both a personal and professional level.
