WILMINGTON, Del., Jan. 26, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Siegfried Group, LLP recently hosted new professionals from across the United States at the Rittenhouse Hotel in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The group learned more about the Firm's unique model, various departments and functions, and heard Robert L. Siegfried, Jr., CPA, Chief Executive Officer and President, speak about the Firm's higher purpose. On the final day of orientation, the group also had the chance to attend Siegfried's fourth MY Journey™ Live Event, focused on "Mental Agility." Key note speakers included Dr. Bill Isaacs, Senior Lecturer at MIT Sloan School of Management and founder and President of Dialogos, and Dr. Kaihan Krippendorff, CEO of OutThinker LLC.

Siegfried's New Hire Orientation program is centered on introducing new professionals to the Firm's extraordinary culture. It is a great opportunity to meet members of the Firm's Leadership, the Operations team and other fellow Professional Resources, while enjoying an exciting venue. The four-day program includes sessions on the Firm's structure, Siegfried's Client Service Delivery Model, Professional Resource expectations, as well as interactive presentations from all of the departments throughout the company. The group was able to unwind during cocktail receptions as well as enjoy small group dinners held at some of the finest restaurants in Philadelphia.

In Siegfried's Central Region, the Firm is excited TJ Li is joining the team.

TJ Li, CPA

TJ is a Certified Public Accountant who joins the Chicago Market as an Associate Manager. Prior to working at Siegfried, TJ worked for JBT Corporation, where he gained two years of experience as internal auditor. TJ started his career as a senior auditor at PwC.  He received his BS in Accounting, Finance, and Risk Management from University of Wisconsin-Madison.

TJ's experience, flexibility and willingness to tackle any project are what set him apart. "I enjoy challenging myself and look forward to experiencing all of the exciting and challenging projects that Siegfried has to offer," TJ says.

TJ enjoys traveling, and has been to over 15 cities worldwide in the past two years, and has visited five of the seven continents! In his spare time, TJ is a sports car enthusiast who enjoys both import and American muscle cars. He also spends his free time watching U.S. and Hong Kong television dramas, and learning about the latest trends in cars and technology.
