WILMINGTON, Del., July 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Siegfried Group, LLP recently hosted new professionals from across the United States at the Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. The group learned more about the Firm's unique model, various departments and functions, and heard Robert L. Siegfried, Jr., CPA, Chief Executive Officer and President, speak about the Firm's higher purpose.
Siegfried's New Hire Orientation program is centered on introducing new professionals to the Firm's extraordinary culture. It is a great opportunity to meet members of Leadership, the Operations team and other fellow Professional Resources, while enjoying an exciting venue. The four-day program includes sessions on the Firm's structure, Siegfried's Client Service Delivery Model, Professional Resource expectations, as well as interactive presentations from all of the departments throughout the company. The orientation kicked off with a welcome reception at the Four Seasons' Swann Lounge, and throughout orientation, the group was able to enjoy dinners at some of the finest restaurants in Las Vegas including Jasmine at the Bellagio, Top of the World and Charlie Palmer's Steak. At the end of Orientation, the new professionals also had the chance to attend Siegfried's fifth MY Journey™ event focused on the topic of building mastery in "Confidence".
In the Operations Team in Wilmington, Delaware, Siegfried is excited about Christine Patterson joining the Firm.
Christine joins Siegfried's Operations Team as the National Director of Events and Facilities. Prior to her current role, Christine served as a Regional Market Associate for the Firm before pursuing other opportunities at DVFG Advisors, LLC and Foxfire Printing. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Delaware.
Christine looks forward to the exciting challenges she will take on in her new roles. She says, "Joining these two great teams will be both challenging and rewarding.
