The Siegfried Group, LLP Welcomes New Professionals for Orientation

WILMINGTON, Del., Aug. 22, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Siegfried Group, LLP recently hosted new professionals from across the United States at the Four Seasons in Philadelphia, PA. The group learned more about the Firm's unique model and various departments and functions, and heard Robert L. Siegfried, Jr., CPA, Chief Executive Officer and President, speak about the Firm's higher purpose.

Siegfried's orientation program is centered on introducing new professionals to the Firm's extraordinary culture. It is a great chance to meet members of the Firm's Leadership, Operations team and other fellow Professional Resources, while enjoying an exciting venue. The four-day program includes sessions about the Firm's structure, Siegfried's Client Service Delivery Model™, Professional Resource expectations, as well as interactive presentations from all of its departments at Corporate. The group was able to unwind during cocktail receptions as well as enjoy small group dinners held at some of Philadelphia's finest restaurants.

At Siegfried's Internal Operations based in Wilmington, Delaware, the Firm is excited about Becky McColl joining the team.

Becky joins us as a Marketing Associate for Siegfried Ops in Wilmington. In her new role she helps lead the Firm's internal and external communications, assists the sales and recruiting teams from a marketing perspective, and is involved with enhancing Firm's branding and PR. Becky graduated from the University of Delaware with a BA in English this past spring. Prior to joining Siegfried, she had several internships in marketing, communications and publishing.

According to Becky, her favorite part about working with Siegfried so far is the interesting work and strong company culture.

Becky loves traveling, and has been to seven countries, including a semester spent studying abroad in Italy. She is also an avid runner, and is currently training to run a half marathon with her sister.
