The Siegfried Group, LLP Welcomes New Professionals from the Central Region for New Hire Orientation

WILMINGTON, Del., July 28, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Siegfried Group, LLP recently hosted new professionals from across the United States at the Rittenhouse Hotel in Philadelphia. The group learned more about the Firm's unique model, various departments and functions, and heard Robert L. Siegfried, Jr., CPA, Chief Executive Officer and President, speak about the Firm's higher purpose.

Siegfried's New Hire Orientation program is centered on introducing new professionals to the Firm's extraordinary culture. It is a great opportunity to meet members of Leadership, the Operations team and other fellow Professional Resources, while enjoying an exciting venue. The four-day program includes sessions on the Firm's structure, Siegfried's Client Service Delivery Model, Professional Resource expectations, as well as interactive presentations from all of the departments throughout the company. The orientation kicked off with a welcome reception at the Rittenhouse's Cassatt Garden, and throughout orientation, the group was able to enjoy dinners at some of the finest restaurants in Philadelphia including Morimoto's, Davio's and Moshulu.

In the Central Region, Siegfried is excited about Tasneem Isaacs, Michelle Kraus, Bridget Lebiedz, and Zachary Vozzo joining the Firm.

Tasneem Isaacs, CA

Tasneem is a Chartered Accountant who joins the Chicago Market as an Associate Manager. She comes to Siegfried from Deloitte, where she gained three years of IFRS audit experience in South Africa and three years of technical accounting advisory experience in the USA, with a primary focus in the consumer and industrial products industry. Tasneem received her Bachelors degree in Accounting from the University of the Western Cape.

Tasneem's mental agility enables her to think in effective yet dynamic ways that allow her to assist clients in meeting and exceeding goals. "My energizing innovation enables me to encourage my teams to constantly generate fresh perspectives and take on challenges."

In her free time, Tasneem enjoys traveling and is a dedicated "foodie." Her travel bucket list includes Iceland, Singapore and New Zealand, especially as she is an avid New Zealand rugby supporter. She has also recently been inspired to take on the technological challenge of learning how to code!

Michelle Kraus

Michelle is a talented professional who joins the Philadelphia Metro Market as a Senior Associate. She comes to Siegfried from Deloitte, where she gained three years of audit experience on clients in the financial services, manufacturing, and professional services industries. She received her Bachelors of Science in Accounting from the University of Delaware.

Michelle's dedicated and diligent attitude toward her work, as well as her problem solving skills are what sets her apart from her peers. Michelle says, "The variety of projects and the ability to continue to learn new and exciting things is why I wanted to be a part of Siegfried."

In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time with friends and family and traveling. She has a passion for live music and likes to attend as many concerts as possible. She loves living in the city, but also enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, hiking and white water rafting!

Bridget Lebiedz

Bridget is a dedicated professional who joins the Chicago Market as an Associate Manager. She comes to Siegfried after spending three years with Deloitte, and working in the investment management industry for five years. She received her Bachelors of Science in Accounting and Finance from Saint Mary's College, Notre Dame.

Bridget strives to bring her clients practical, effective and lasting solutions.  She brings her confidence and exceptional work ethic to every project, allowing teams to achieve their ultimate goals. Bridget says, "The Siegfried model is exciting and refreshing, and I can't wait to take on the challenging new client projects and working alongside dedicated, intelligent people."

In her free time, Bridget enjoys practicing yoga and traveling. She's an avid Notre Dame supporter and loves to travel back to South Bend for football games. She also enjoys hiking with friends and family in the Rocky Mountains and wine tasting in Sonoma. She plans to continue to explore new yoga studios and the outdoors wherever her work travels take her.

Zachary Vozzo, CPA

Zachary is a Certified Public Accountant who joins the Cleveland Market as a Senior Associate. He comes to Siegfried from Accenture, and previously worked at Deloitte, where he gained over three years of audit and consulting experience with a primary focus in the banking and financial industries. He received his Bachelors of Science and his Masters in Accounting and Information Systems from Virginia Tech.

Zachary prides himself on being an organized team player and consistently maintaining a positive attitude while providing superior client service and ensuring financial integrity. He says, "I wanted to be a part of Siegfried because of the entrepreneurial culture of the Firm and the opportunity to experience a multitude of challenging projects."

Zachary is an avid Virginia Tech fan and loves watching and playing all sports. He also enjoys cooking, traveling and trying new outdoor activities. He is looking forward to exploring and finding new adventures around his new home in Cleveland.
