The Siegfried Group, LLP Welcomes New Professionals from the Central Region for New Hire Orientation

WILMINGTON, Del., Aug. 21, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Siegfried Group, LLP recently hosted new professionals from across the United States at the Union League in Philadelphia. The group learned more about the Firm's unique model, various departments and functions, and heard Robert L. Siegfried, Jr., CPA, Chief Executive Officer and President, speak about the Firm's higher purpose.

Siegfried's New Hire Orientation program is centered on introducing new professionals to the Firm's extraordinary culture. It is a great opportunity to meet members of Leadership, the Operations team and other fellow Professional Resources, while enjoying an exciting venue. The four-day program includes sessions on the Firm's structure, Siegfried's Client Service Delivery Model, Professional Resource expectations, as well as interactive presentations from all of the departments throughout the company. The orientation kicked off with a welcome reception at the Union League, and throughout orientation, the group was able to enjoy dinners at some of the finest restaurants in Philadelphia including Buddakan, Butcher & Singer, and R2L. At the end of orientation, the group had the chance to attend the Firm's MY Journey™ Live Event focused on Entrepreneurial Leadership.

In the Central Region, Siegfried is excited about Matt D'Anniballe, Brittany Godorov, Sean Kennelly and Kyle Watts joining the Firm.

Matt D'Anniballe, CPA

Matt is a Certified Public Accountant who joins the Cleveland Market as a Senior Associate. He comes to Siegfried from Plante Moran, where he gained four years of audit experience, primarily focusing on the Manufacturing & Distribution and Service industries. He also had significant exposure to the Construction and Higher Education industries as well as Employee Benefit Plan audits. He received both his Bachelors of Business Administration and his Masters in Accounting from The University of Toledo.

Matt's mental agility, analytical mindset and effective communication skills allow for the efficient completion of any project and can add real value to his clients. Matt says, "I joined Siegfried to further challenge myself and gain new, diverse, and exciting opportunities with numerous different clients."

Matt is a loyal Cleveland sports fan and in the fall enjoys Browns' games and participating in tailgating at the Muni lot. He also likes to spend his time in the outdoors and recently went on a fly-in fishing trip to the Arctic Watershed in Northwest Ontario, Canada!

Brittany Godorov

Brittany is a dedicated Professional who joins the Philadelphia Metro Market as a Senior Associate. She comes to Siegfried from Rothstein Kass and KPMG, where she gained a total of four years of audit experience with a primary focus in the hedge fund and private equity industries. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Muhlenberg College.

Brittany's attention to detail and strong communication skills allow her to tackle any task with grace and tact.  Brittany says, "I joined Siegfried for the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging engagements, while collaborating with and getting to know talented, intellectual professionals." 

In her free time, Brittany enjoys reading, baking and painting. Her specialties are chocolate pecan pie and chocolate peanut butter fudge, which she typically bakes around the holidays or for special occasions. A few years ago, she painted a one of a kind Superman for her sister, Meghan, which now hangs in her office. Brittany also likes to spend her time outside, exploring the neighborhoods around her while keeping an active lifestyle.

Sean Kennelly, CPA

Sean is a Certified Public Accountant who joins the Chicago Market as a Senior Associate. He comes to Siegfried from Plante Moran, where he gained three and a half years of audit experience with a primary focus in the service and manufacturing & distribution industries. He received his Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Purdue University.

Sean's subtle confidence, commitment, and flexibility make him an asset to every project and team he participates in. He says, "The opportunity to take on challenging, valuable projects and collaborate with high quality clients and colleagues is why I'm excited to be a part of Siegfried."

In his free time, Sean enjoys working out and playing sports. He's an avid Blackhawks supporter and got to kiss the Stanley Cup in 2013. He also enjoys fishing and getting back to Indianapolis to spend time with his family. Currently, his main hobby is wedding planning, as he and his fiancé are planning to get married in October! 

Kyle Watts, CPA

Kyle is a Certified Public Accountant who joins the Cleveland market as a Senior Associate.  He comes to Siegfried from Plante Moran where he gained over four years of audit experience with a primary focus in the manufacturing & distribution industries.  He received his Bachelors in Accounting from The Ohio State University and his Master's in Accounting from The University of Akron. 

Kyle's reasoned approach allows him to remain detail-oriented, while his superior mental agility enables him to remain mindful of the bigger picture. Kyle says "I joined the firm to experience a variety of projects and to gain exposure in new industries."

In his free time, Kyle enjoys staying active and spending time with family and friends. He is an avid fan of Ohio State sports teams, and enjoys traveling back to his alma mater to attend football games.
