The Siegfried Group, LLP Welcomes New Professionals from the Central Region for New Hire Orientation in Miami

WILMINGTON, Del., Dec. 22, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Siegfried Group, LLP recently hosted new professionals from across the United States at the W Hotel in Miami, Florida. The group learned more about the Firm's unique model, various departments and functions, and heard Robert L. Siegfried, Jr., CPA, Chief Executive Officer and President, speak about the Firm's higher purpose.

Siegfried's New Hire Orientation program is centered on introducing new professionals to the Firm's extraordinary culture. It is a great opportunity to meet members of the Firm's Leadership, the Operations team and other fellow Professional Resources, while enjoying an exciting venue. The four-day program includes sessions on the Firm's structure, Siegfried's Client Service Delivery Model, Professional Resource expectations, as well as interactive presentations from all of the departments throughout the company. The group was able to unwind during cocktail receptions as well as enjoy small group dinners held at some of the finest restaurants in Miami.

In Siegfried's Central region, the Firm is excited about Ryan Gibbons and Peter Nachtsheim joining the team.

Ryan Gibbons, CPA

Ryan is a Certified Public Accountant who joins the Philadelphia Market as an Associate Manager. He comes to Siegfried from Kriescher Miller, where he gained five years of audit experience. He received his BS in Accounting from West Chester University in Pennsylvania.

Ryan's work ethic, appetite to learn and willingness to take on new and challenging projects are what set him apart in the workplace. Ryan says, "The opportunity to learn new things and step outside of my comfort zone, are the major factors that lead me to Siegfried."

In his spare time, Ryan enjoys staying active and being outdoors as much as possible. Ryan is also a huge Philadelphia sports fan, and enjoys rooting on his favorite team, the Eagles!

Peter Nachtsheim, CPA

Peter is a Certified Public Accountant who joins the Chicago Market as a Senior Manager.  He comes to The Siegfried Group from PwC in Chicago, where he spent seven years between the audit practice and M&A finance.  Prior to working at PwC, he received his Bachelors and Masters in Accounting from the University of Missouri.  

He joined Siegfried in order to continue to expand his experiences in the accounting and finance arenas. "I joined Siegfried so I can continue to develop my skills and gain skills through new and challenging roles," Peter says.

Peter is an avid sports fan who enjoys cheering on the Chicago teams and the Green Bay Packers. In addition to watching sports, Peter loves playing them; as a child he pitched a perfect game in baseball, and started as a point guard on a national runner-up basketball team. In his spare time, Peter enjoys spending time with his wife and one-year old son at his family's lake house in Indiana.
