The Siegfried Group, LLP Welcomes New Professionals from the Central Region for Orientation

WILMINGTON, Del., Oct. 30, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Siegfried Group, LLP recently hosted new professionals from across the United States at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. The group learned more about the Firm's unique model, various departments and functions, and heard Robert L. Siegfried, Jr., CPA, Chief Executive Officer and President, speak about the Firm's higher purpose.

Siegfried's New Hire Orientation program is centered on introducing new professionals to the Firm's extraordinary culture. It is a great opportunity to meet members of the Firm's Leadership, the Operations team and other fellow Professional Resources, while enjoying an exciting venue. The four-day program includes sessions on the Firm's structure, Siegfried's Client Service Delivery Model, Professional Resource expectations, as well as interactive presentations from all of the departments throughout the company. The group was able to unwind during cocktail receptions as well as enjoy small group dinners held at some of the finest restaurants in Las Vegas.

In Siegfried's Central region, the Firm is excited about Andre Bodiford, Sarah Caverley and Matt Harbaugh joining the team.

Andre Bodiford, CPA

Andre is a Certified Public Accountant who joins the Philadelphia Metro Market as a Senior Associate. He joins The Firm from Deloitte, where he gained three years of audit experience in various industries that included financial services, investment management and payroll processing. He received his BS in Accounting, with a minor in Management Information Systems, from the University of Delaware.

"The opportunity to see various projects and aspects of accounting is what caught my eye, but Siegfried's people and culture is what sold me," Andre says.

Once an aspiring hip hop artist, Andre still enjoys all genres of music in his spare time, and also volunteers with many local causes including serving as a United Way Leadership council member. In his spare time, Andre also loves to travel and has visited five of the seven continents.

Sarah Caverley

Sarah has joined the Detroit Market as a Senior Associate. Previously she was employed by Deloitte, where she gained four years of audit experience primarily in the manufacturing, healthcare and nonprofit industries. She received her BA in Business from Alma College in Michigan.

Sarah's positive attitude, drive, and her experience in multiple industries are what set her apart in the workplace. Sarah says, "The vast variety of projects and the opportunity to work on interesting projects are why I chose to join The Siegfried Group."

In her spare time, Sarah enjoys running and traveling. While attending Alma College, she traveled to four different countries over two summers!

Matt Harbaugh, CPA

Matt is a Certified Public Accountant who joins the Philadelphia Market as a Senior Associate. He joins Siegfried from PwC, where he gained four years of audit experience. He received a BS in Accounting and Finance from Villanova University.

Matt is always up for a challenge and enjoys learning on the job. Matt says, "I'm most excited about expanding my knowledge base through the wide variety of projects The Siegfried Group offers."

In his spare time, Matt actively trades foreign currencies and enjoys playing golf. After graduating high school, Matt served three years active duty in the U.S. Navy and attended the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD for two years prior to transferring to Villanova to pursue his passion for finance and accounting.
