New Employees Travel to Philadelphia's Four Seasons Hotel
WILMINGTON, Del., June 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Siegfried Group, LLP recently hosted new professionals from across the United States at the Four Seasons Hotel in Philadelphia, PA. The group learned more about the Firm's unique model, various departments and functions, and heard Robert L. Siegfried, Jr., CPA, Chief Executive Officer and President, speak about the Firm's higher purpose.
Siegfried's New Hire Orientation program is centered on introducing new professionals to the Firm's extraordinary culture. It is a great opportunity to meet members of Leadership, the Operations team and other fellow Professional Resources, while enjoying an exciting venue. The four-day program includes sessions on the Firm's structure, Siegfried's Client Service Delivery Model, Professional Resource expectations, as well as interactive presentations from all of the departments throughout the company. The orientation kicked off with a welcome reception at the Four Seasons' Swann Lounge, and throughout orientation, the group was able to enjoy dinners at some of the finest restaurants in Philadelphia such as Smith & Wollensky, Vetri and Parc.
In the Northeast Region, Siegfried is excited about Lynden Dyck and Bill McRae joining the Firm.
Lynden Dyck, CA
Lynden is a Chartered Accountant from Canada who joins the New York Market as a Senior Associate. He comes to Siegfried from PwC, where he gained five years of audit and assurance experience with a primary focus in the oil and gas industry. He received his Bachelors of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Calgary.
Lynden's meticulous analysis, dedication to the task at hand and flexibility allow him to develop strong relationships and provide a distinctive experience with team members and clients alike. Lynden says, "The opportunity to try new roles on various engagements is why I wanted to join Siegfried."
In his free time, Lynden enjoys traveling and is excited for the easy access New York provides to so many great destinations. He also likes to stay active through playing hockey and golf!
Bill McRae
Bill is an accounting professional who joins the Boston Market as a Senior Associate. He comes to Siegfried with a background in both public and private accounting, where his experience includes working with ACE Surgical Supply Inc and Wolf & Company, P.C.. He received his Bachelors in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and his Masters in Business Administration from Endicott College
Bill's mental agility and adaptable flexibility aid him in producing an exemplary work product and exceptional outcomes to his clients. In his free time, Bill enjoys attending sporting events and is an avid supporter of all Boston teams. Bill loves playing golf in the summer and skiing during the winter months. He also has a passion for classic cars and enjoys working on them when time permits.
