The Siegfried Group, LLP Welcomes New Professionals from the West Region for Orientation

WILMINGTON, Del., June 5, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Siegfried Group, LLP recently hosted new professionals from across the US at the Fontainebleau in Miami, FL. The group learned more about the Firm's unique model, various departments and functions, and got to hear Robert Siegfried, Jr., CPA, Chief Executive Officer and President, speak about the Firm's higher purpose.

Siegfried's orientation program is centered on introducing new professionals to the Firm's extraordinary culture. It is a great chance to meet members of the Firm's Leadership, Operations team and other fellow Professional Resources, while enjoying an exciting venue. The four day program includes segments on various topics including the Firm's structure, Siegfried's Client Service Delivery Model™, Professional Resource expectations, as well as interactive presentations from all of the departments within the operations team. The group was able to unwind during cocktail receptions as well as small group dinners that were held at some of Miami's finest restaurants.

In Siegfried's West region, the Firm is excited about Tyasine Duckett and Danielle Poggi joining the team.

Tyasine (Ty) Duckett

Ty is a Manager in Siegfried's Los Angeles Market. He joins us from Raspican Systems, where he was an Assistant Controller, responsible for budgeting and forecasting, providing variance analysis, creating weekly cash forecasts and helping with both month and quarter end closes. Ty began his career at Deloitte in 2006 and later transitioned to Towers Watson where he spent the bulk of his career in a wide range of roles such as Project Accountant, Billing Specialist and Financial Analyst. He received his BS in Accounting from Lincoln University. Having moved to LA from Philadelphia in January, he spends a lot of time hiking and exploring California.

Danielle Poggi, CPA

Danielle is a Certified Public Accountant and one of the newest Senior Associates for Siegfried's Houston Market. She joins us from Deloitte in Austin, where she was a Senior Audit Associate, responsible for leading audit engagements for both private and public clients in a variety of industries. Danielle is looking forward to being exposed to a variety of other accounting/finance projects. She received her BA in Accounting from Michigan State University. During her free time, Danielle enjoys cycling and taking her dog to the park. She also loves to brew homemade beer in her free time.
