The Siegfried Group, LLP Welcomes Seven New Professionals to the Leadership Team
Due to Firm Growth and Added Leadership Opportunities, Siegfried Appoints New Market Associates Throughout the U.S.
WILMINGTON, Del., June 23, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Siegfried Group, LLP is proud to announce the addition of seven new Market Associates due to the Firm's continued success and growth. The Market Associate position is the second step in a three year track towards becoming a Managing Director. This group of seven Professionals just completed a four month intensive Director-Explore boot camp program, where they immersed in sales trainings led by senior leadership and learned first hand about Siegfried's leadership advisory and sales efforts. As Market Associates they will support the Region's Markets in the areas of business development and recruiting. Successful members of this group will go on to become Associate Directors and concentrate more of their time on providing leadership advisory and talent delivery services to clients and prospects. The Siegfried Group would like to congratulate the new Market Associates on their progress so far, and wish them luck as they take on this new and challenging role.

Jenny Calabria, CPA, MBA – Jenny joined our Chicago Market in 2011 as a Professional Resource, added Team Leader responsibilities, and then divided her time as a Market Associate while continuing her client service at her Siegfried client. She became interested in the Director-Explore program as she worked closely with Alyssa Graver, Managing Director, in a Market Associate role supporting Chicago's business development. She enjoys building relationships and helping people. Jenny hopes she will learn much more about relationships and how to form deeper connections as part of her new role as Market Associate.
Prior to coming to Siegfried, Jenny worked as an Assurance Supervisor for Miller, Cooper & Company. She also spent time as a Senior Corporate Accountant for Developers Diversified Realty Corporation and with KPMG as an Assurance Senior Associate. Jenny attended John Carroll University where she earned both her M.B.A and her B.S. in Accounting.
Patrick Dougherty – Patrick joined our Washington, D.C. Market in 2010 as a Professional Resource, added Team Leader responsibilities, and then progressed to become a Professional Resource Director and Market Associate. Over the past year he has learned a lot about business development through working closely with Deb Urie, Managing Director, and he hopes to dive even deeper into sales through his new role as Market Associate.
Prior to coming to Siegfried, Patrick was a Senior Auditor in the Financial Services – Investment Management department of Deloitte. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware.
Mariske Frank, CA – Mariske joined the Firm a year and a half ago coming from South Africa as a Professional Resource initially in the New York Market. More recently, she relocated to the Northern California Market to serve in her new Market Associate role. She first became interested in the Director-Explore program because she wanted to expand her knowledge and skillsets beyond accounting and believed this will be a great opportunity to help her grow.
Prior to coming to Siegfried, Mariske was a Senior Associate with PwC. She also had roles as Trust Accounting Manager with Kleinworth Benson Fun Services and Associate Audit Manager with Tenk Loubser Incorporated. Mariske earned her Bachelors in Accounting, her Advanced Certificate in Auditing, as well as Honors in Accounting, all from Stellenbosch University in South Africa.
Brad Bryan, CPA – Brad joined the Firm in 2013 as a Professional Resource in the Houston Market and more recently added Team Leader responsibilities. He loves a good challenge and thinks that the new Market Associate role will be both invigorating and motivating. Brad has always been interested in taking on a leadership role and when he heard about the Director-Explore program, he knew that this was what he had been looking for.
Prior to coming to Siegfried, Brad was an Assistant Corporate Controller with Marubeni-Itochu Tubulars America. He also spent time as a Senior Associate with PwC, an Audit Supervisor with Hein & Associates, and a Senior Audit Associate with KPMG. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The University of Houston.
Carolyne Chung, CIA, CTP – Carolyne joined the Firm in 2013 as a Professional Resource in the Houston Market and more recently added Team Leader responsibilities. She has always found it really interesting how her Market Leadership Team was able to contribute to the Firm's success and immediately raised her hand when the Director-Explore program was announced. She hopes to use her new role as Market Associate, to help financial executives achieve their goals by helping them better define and execute their plans.
Prior to coming to Siegfried, Carolyne was the Manager of Treasury and Accounts Payable with Black Elk Energy Offshore Operations LLC. She began her career with EY as an Advisory Risk Senior. Carolyne earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University.
Steph Scoleri – Steph joined the Firm in 2014 as the Employee Development and Recruiting Associate on the operations team in Siegfried's Wilmington headquarters. She is the only member of the new Market Associate group that does not come from an accounting background and is excited to learn more about the industry while providing a fresh perspective to the role. Steph has a love of psychology and hopes that this role will enable her to use that to build relationships and better understand financial executives' needs.
Prior to coming to Siegfried, Steph worked for Randstand USA as a Staffing Consultant. She attended the University of Delaware, where she earned her Bachelors degree with a double major in Marketing and Management.
Lori Brooks, MS – Lori returns to Siegfried's Atlanta and South Florida Markets, having formerly been a Professional Resource for two years before then going on to work for Wells Fargo. She is extremely passionate about building relationships and hopes that her new role as a Market Associate will enable her to grow her existing network by utilizing Siegfried's Networking Relationship Model.
Prior to coming to Siegfried, Lori started her career with EY and also worked for Delta Air Lines and Atlantic Capital Bank in Atlanta. Lori attended Texas A&M University where she earned both her B.B.A in Accounting and her M.S. in Finance.
