New Relationship Coordinators Join Siegfried's National Market Leadership Team

WILMINGTON, Del., Oct. 13, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Siegfried Group, LLP (Siegfried) is pleased to announce the addition of two new Relationship Coordinators to its National Market Leadership Team (NMLT): Alexis Montecalvo and Mateja Whatley.

Relationship Coordinators work collaboratively with NMLT, National Recruiting, Team Leaders, and Professional Resources to further Siegfried's networking initiatives.

Alexis Montecalvo, CPA, Relationship Coordinator, West Region
Alexis joined Siegfried in early 2016 and gained valuable experience as a Senior Associate before transitioning into her new role.

"I'm most excited about being a Relationship Coordinator because it gives me the opportunity to help Siegfried's Professional Resources reach their personal and professional goals by connecting with other people," she said.

Before making the move to the West coast, Alexis worked at Deloitte and lived in Philadelphia, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in accounting and fashion merchandising, as well as her MBA, from Philadelphia University. She has a passion for traveling and is constantly thinking about her next adventure. In between trips, she practices hot yoga and likes to go to brunch with her friends.

Mateja Whatley, CPA, Relationship Coordinator, South Region
Mateja joined Siegfried in 2015 as a Manager in the Atlanta Market, and in 2016, she assumed the additional responsibility of a Team Leader.

"As a Relationship Coordinator, I'll have a new perspective and be able to offer more to Siegfried and its Professionals. I'm looking forward to developing strong relationships with members of Leadership and Professional Resources — which I believe is very important for the continued success of the Firm," she said.

Prior to joining Siegfried, Mateja was at Carr Riggs & Ingram, LLC. She earned her Bachelor of Science in accounting and finance from Georgia State University. Mateja has spent the last 11 years in the United States after growing up in Slovenia. She enjoys traveling, seeing new places, and learning about different cultures. A former captain of the Georgia State Women's Tennis Team, Mateja likes to stay active with group exercise classes and yoga, and also plays many sports, including tennis and golf.
