The Siegfried Group Welcomes New Professionals from Across the U.S. for New Hire Orientation

Siegfried's New Hire Orientation program is centered on introducing new professionals to the Firm's extraordinary culture. It is a great opportunity to meet members of Leadership, the Operations team and other fellow Professional Resources, while enjoying an exciting venue. The four-day program includes sessions on the Firm's structure, Siegfried's Client Service Delivery Model, Professional Resource expectations, as well as interactive presentations from all of the departments throughout the company. The orientation kicked off with a welcome reception hosted at The Commons Lounge in The Logan Hotel. The National Market Leadership Team meetings coincided with the orientation so members of Leadership joined in the fun. The group also enjoyed a night on the town with dinner at Chima Brazilian Steakhouse.

The Siegfried Group is excited about Rami Dibas, Joshua Jackson, Anees Pretorius and Kyle Seymour joining the Firm.

Rami Dibas
Rami joins the Los Angeles Market as an Associate Manager. He comes to Siegfried from Deloitte, with over five years of both National (GAAP) and International (IFRS) experience across multiple industries. He received his Bachelors of Art in Accounting from the Hashemite University of Jordan.

Rami is a unique professional with exceptional experience across several countries and diverse business climates. He says, "The attractive business model, setup and career enhancing challenges that only a company like Siegfried can provide is why I wanted to join the Firm and be part of a strong team consisting of high caliber professionals." 

In his free time, Rami stays active through challenging sports and travel. He also enjoys volunteering in different community events and giving back to society. Rami plans to maintain his active lifestyle wherever his work travels take him.  

Joshua Jackson, CPA, CA
Josh is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Accountant who joins the Detroit Market as an Associate Manager. He comes to Siegfried from BDO's restructuring and insolvency practice where he had worked for the past year. Josh received his CPA, CA designation during his four years at PwC Toronto working primarily in the banking, capital markets and insurance group. He received his Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from York University in Toronto and studied Accounting for three years at the University of Ottawa.

Josh's warm personality and strong work-ethic compliment his ability to facilitate team chemistry. He says, "From my first conversation with Siegfried Professionals, our company has just felt like home. The Siegfried SEAL approach to tackling challenging projects resonates deeply with my personal and professional beliefs."  

In his spare time, Josh loves to stay active and seek out his next adventure. He played football in Serbia after starting a company with a childhood friend in Eastern Europe. He has also toured England playing Rugby and trained with the Taiwanese National Rugby 7s team while living in Southern Taiwan. Today, whether he is practicing yoga to help him focus on the present or riding his motorcycle across the Andes to reconnect to the world, one thing is for sure, Josh will be living life to the fullest.

Anees Pretorius, CA (SA)
Anees is a Chartered Accountant who joins the Northern California Market as a Manager. He comes to Siegfried after spending the first six years of his career at Deloitte and later EY. His primary focus was in the manufacturing and retail industries. Anees graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Science and Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Cape Town.

Anees' focus on purpose makes him increasingly motivated by the "why" processes. He believes this provides him with better insight in to how these tasks can be performed in a more innovative, creative and efficient manner. Anees says, "Working alongside inspired individuals, coupled with the potential to grow myself personally and professionally in unfamiliar, evolving roles was what drew me to Siegfried."

In his spare time, Anees enjoys keeping active through working out and enjoying the outdoors. Fascinated by ideas, he enjoys reading books on business and one day hopes to author one (or many) of his own. He and his wife plan to do more travelling over the coming years, with a goal of visiting at least one new country annually.

Kyle M. Seymour, CPA
Kyle is a Certified Public Accountant who joins the Firm as an Associate Manager in the Charlotte Market. He is a New Jersey native who received his Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Seton Hall University's Stillman School of Business. Prior to relocating to Charlotte, he worked in EY's Northeast Assurance practice for five years.

Kyle is a solutions-based professional that truly values the immense importance of exceptional client service and effective team building. He says "Siegfried provided me with the ultimate stepping stone out of Big 4 audit. My time here will allow me to exponentially expand my network while diversifying my professional experience."

Kyle strives to live a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle. Outside of work, he enjoys going to the gym, hot yoga, playing basketball, swimming, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking and traveling. He also likes to relax at home with friends and family.
