The Siegfried Group Welcomes New Professionals from the Boston and Philadelphia Metro Markets for New Hire Orientation

WILMINGTON, Del., Dec. 7, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Siegfried Group, LLP recently hosted new professionals from across the United States at the Hotel Sofitel in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The group learned more about the Firm's unique model, various departments and functions, and heard Robert L. Siegfried, Jr., CPA, CEO and Founder, speak about the Firm's higher purpose.

Siegfried's New Hire Orientation program is centered on introducing new professionals to the Firm's extraordinary culture. It is a great opportunity to meet members of Leadership, the Operations team and other fellow Professional Resources, while enjoying an exciting venue. The four-day program includes sessions on the Firm's structure, Siegfried's Client Service Delivery Model, Professional Resource expectations, as well as interactive presentations from all of the departments throughout the company. The orientation kicked off with a welcome reception at the Hotel Sofitel and throughout orientation, the group was able to enjoy dinners at some of the finest restaurants in the area including Davio's and Morimoto.

The Siegfried Group is excited about Maria Manlowe, Frank Reiman and Brittany Villa joining the Firm.

Maria Manlowe, CPA

Maria is a Certified Public Accountant who joins the Philadelphia Metro Market as a Senior Associate. She received her Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Villanova University and began her career with Grant Thornton, where she gained more than three years of audit experience with a primary focus in the financial services industry.

Her confidence under pressure is evident in all aspects of her life. Maria recently returned from a scuba diving trip in the Maldives with her twin sister, where they came face-to-face with sharks every day. Maria joined The Siegfried Group because she found the versatility and nature of the work similarly exhilarating. Her passion for finding creative solutions in any environment, makes her an invaluable addition to the team.

Born and raised in Seattle, Maria is still fiercely loyal to her hometown. She cheered the Seahawks to victory when she attended Super Bowl XLVIII in 2014 and she continues to remain hopeful the NBA will bring back the SuperSonics. In the meantime, Maria enjoys attending Villanova basketball games and occasionally winning March Madness pools. 

Frank Reiman, CPA

Frank is a Certified Public Accountant who joins the Boston Market as an Associate Manager. He comes to Siegfried from PwC, where he gained four years of audit experience with a primary focus in the asset management industry. He received his Bachelors of Science in Corporate Finance and Accounting as well as his Masters in Accounting and Business Ethics and Corporate Responsibility from Bentley University.

Frank's outgoing personality and technical competency, afford a leadership approach which bolsters the abilities of his team members and provides for a rewarding workplace experience. Frank says, "The opportunity to be challenged by new client projects across multiple industries, while working alongside dedicated, intelligent people is why I wanted to be a part of Siegfried."

In his free time, Frank stays active through sport and surrounding himself by his friends and family. He is an avid New York Mets fan and loved their recent exciting playoff run. While enjoying the four seasons and city life in the Northeast, his true joy is the weekend getaways to visit his family in Florida during the winter months. He plans to maintain his active lifestyle wherever his work travels may take him.  

Brittany Villa, CPA

Brittany is a Certified Public Accountant who joins the Philadelphia Metro Market as a Senior Associate. She comes to Siegfried from Deloitte, where she gained audit experience within the retail and manufacturing industries. She received her Bachelors of Science in Accounting as well as her Master's in Business from Philadelphia University.

Brittany's innovative approach to solving problems, coupled with her team-player attitude makes her a distinctive attribute in the workplace. Brittany says, "The entrepreneurial culture and challenge of taking on a variety of new client projects is why I wanted to be a part of Siegfried."

In her free time, Brittany stays active through training for half-marathons and playing tennis. During undergrad, she played tennis for Philadelphia University, and had the opportunity of being an assistant to the coach during her fifth year while getting her MBA. She plans to continue her interest in tennis and running, and hopes to join a USTA team in the near future!
