The Siegfried Group Welcomes New Professionals from the South Region for New Hire Orientation

Siegfried's New Hire Orientation program is centered on introducing new professionals to the Firm's extraordinary culture. It is a great opportunity to meet members of Leadership, the Operations team and other fellow Professional Resources, while enjoying an exciting venue. The four-day program includes sessions on the Firm's structure, Siegfried's Client Service Delivery Model, Professional Resource expectations, as well as interactive presentations from all of the departments throughout the company. The orientation kicked off with a welcome reception at The Prime Steak House and throughout orientation, the group was able to enjoy dinners at some of the finest restaurants in the area including Powder at the Waldorf Astoria and took the funicular up the mountain to J & G Grill. The group rounded out the week with a bowling event at Jupiter Bowl and some of those who were skiers got a chance to hit the slopes.

The Siegfried Group is excited about Pryde Atanga, Ingrid Avendano and Christopher Cawte joining the Firm.

Pryde Atanga, CPA
Pryde is a Certified Public Accountant who joins the Charlotte Market as a Senior Associate. He comes to Siegfried from KPMG and Deloitte, where he gained a combined three years of audit and advisory experience with a primary focus in the real estate and federal industries. He received his Bachelors of Science in Finance from Michigan State University and his Masters in Accounting from Wayne State University.

Pryde is thoroughly thoughtful and pays an incredible amount of attention to detail. He is a great communicator, team player and also embraces any opportunity to lead a group to meeting objectives. Pryde says, "My conscientious accountability allows me to execute assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner as well as guide a team towards achieving client goals."

In his free time, Pryde enjoys traveling and attending sporting events. He is excited to explore the Carolinas and take up golfing as an additional hobby. 

Ingrid Avendano, CPA
Ingrid is a Certified Public Accountant who joins the South Florida Market as an Associate Manager. She comes to Siegfried from KPMG in the Cayman Islands, where she gained over two years of audit experience in the alternative investments sector. Prior to KPMG, she worked for Deloitte in the New York and Central Florida markets. She received her Bachelors and Master's degrees in Accounting from the University of South Florida.

Ingrid's strong work ethic, desire to learn and willingness to take on interesting and challenging projects are what set her apart in the workplace. Ingrid says, "I was drawn to work for Siegfried because of the opportunity to gain exposure to different industries and different types of work."

In her spare time, Ingrid loves going to the beach, reading a good book and exploring new restaurants. She also loves to travel. Her recent travels have taken her to Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Panama as well as Turks and Caicos. She is looking forward to travelling to her favorite state, Hawaii, in the near future. Ingrid is originally from Colombia and is fully fluent in Spanish.

Chris Cawte, CA
Chris is a Chartered Accountant who joins the DC Metro Market as an Associate Manager. He comes to Siegfried from the GPT Group Australia where he gained one year financial accounting experience. Prior to this he spent two years at Lewis Silkin LLP London gaining experience in financial accounting and business analyst roles. Previously, he spent several years at PKF Sydney in a business advisory role. Chris received his Bachelors in Business and Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney.

Chris is a creative thinker with unique ideas that produce positive change that drives business and financial performance. He says, "The opportunity to work on multiple clients, across various industries in different roles, across the U.S. is why I wanted to be a part of The Siegfried Group."

In his free time Chris likes to stay active through exercise and travel. This is the fourth continent Chris has worked on, having worked in Australia, England, India and now the U.S., he loves to eat local cuisine wherever he is. He also has a strong passion for music and collecting vinyl records.
