The Siegfried Group Welcomes New Professionals from the South Region for New Hire Orientation

Siegfried's New Hire Orientation program is centered on introducing new professionals to the Firm's extraordinary culture. It is a great opportunity to meet members of Leadership, the Operations team and other fellow Professional Resources, while enjoying an exciting venue. The four-day program includes sessions on the Firm's structure, Siegfried's Client Service Delivery Model, Professional Resource expectations, as well as interactive presentations from all of the departments throughout the company. The orientation kicked off with a welcome reception hosted at Three Dots and a Dash where everyone enjoyed their favorite tiki drinks. They also experienced lovely dinners at places like Gibson's Bar & Steakhouse, as well as Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab.

The Siegfried Group is excited about Faizan Arshad, Ines Flores, Lisa Hansmann and Matt Jantzen joining the Firm.

Faizan Arshad
Faizan joins the Houston Market as an Associate Manager. He comes to Siegfried from EY, where he gained over four years of audit experience with a primary focus in the oil and gas industry. He received his BS in Accounting and his Masters in Accounting from University of Houston.

Faizan is a highly motivated and result-oriented individual, who strives to achieve efficiencies for his engagements and clients. By focusing his approach on mentoring teammates, paying attention to detail and leading with confidence, he is able to drive consistent client satisfaction. Faizan says, "I wanted to be a part of Siegfried to push my career to the next level through challenging work, meaningful development opportunities and a powerful network of talented professionals." 

In his free time, Faizan stays active through socializing with people in his network and travel. He also enjoys water sports and hunting. He plans to maintain his active lifestyle wherever his work travels take him.   

Ines Flores, CPA
Ines is a Certified Public Accountant who joins the South Florida Market as a Manager. She comes to Siegfried from Deloitte, where she gained six years of audit experience with a primary focus in the banking and financial services industry. She received her BS in Accounting with a double major in Management from Florida International University.

Ines utilizes her interpersonal skills and reasoned demeanor to provide exceptional client service and to build lasting relationships. According to Ines, "Interesting and challenging work, one of Siegfried's 5 promises, as well as the opportunity to help expand the South Florida Market, is what motivated me most to join the Firm."

In her free time, you will find Ines enjoying the live music scene at a local Miami spot, checking out the latest art museum exhibitions or simply appreciating an outdoor activity such as biking, running or walking her dog. Ines also loves to travel, with Positano, Italy, Lucerne, Switzerland, and Saint Kitts being a few of her top favorite places.

Lisa Hansmann, CPA
Lisa is a Certified Public Accountant who joins the Atlanta Market as a Senior Associate. She comes to Siegfried from EY, where she gained more than three years of audit experience. She received her BS in International Business from the Jonkoping International Business School in Sweden and her Master of Accountancy from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.

Lisa is highly motivated and enjoys approaching new challenges with a results-oriented enthusiasm. She is committed to providing her clients with exceptional service and her confidence allows her to create outstanding solutions for any task she is given. Lisa's work-ethic and passion create a synergistic environment that motivates and allows co-workers to thrive. "The opportunity of being exposed to a variety of clients and projects that would allow me to grow both personally and professionally is what drew me to Siegfried."

In her free time, Lisa maintains an active lifestyle, practices yoga, is an avid runner and enjoys spending time with her two dogs.

Matt Jantzen, CPA
Matt is a Certified Public Accountant who joins the DC Market as a Senior Manager. He comes to Siegfried after spending the last four years at Deltek focusing on technical accounting and financial reporting. He previously worked at Deloitte for four years, providing assurance services to various clients within the insurance, energy and manufacturing industries. He received his BS in Accounting and Finance and his Masters in Accounting from James Madison University.

Matt's insightful approach to problem-solving combined with his calm and dependable demeanor enables his team to reach their full potential. He says, "What drew me to Siegfried was the ability to gain exposure to a variety of challenging roles in such a short amount of time along with the company's focus on providing the tools for both personal and professional growth."  

In his free time, Matt really enjoys traveling, cooking and being outdoors with his dog. He is a huge college basketball fan and also stays active through participating in various basketball leagues throughout the year. Matt and his wife, Zoe, are expecting their first child, Lucy, very soon and are thrilled to begin the next phase of their lives.
