The Siegfried Group Welcomes New Professionals in Operations for New Hire Orientation

New Employees Travel to Baltimore, Maryland

WILMINGTON, Del., Nov. 6, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Siegfried Group, LLP recently hosted new professionals from across the United States at the Renaissance Hotel in Baltimore, Maryland. The group learned more about the Firm's unique model, various departments and functions, and heard Robert L. Siegfried, Jr., CPA, Chief Executive Officer and Founder, speak about the Firm's higher purpose.

Siegfried's New Hire Orientation program is centered on introducing new professionals to the Firm's extraordinary culture. It is a great opportunity to meet members of Leadership, the Operations team and other fellow Professional Resources, while enjoying an exciting venue. The four-day program includes sessions on the Firm's structure, Siegfried's Client Service Delivery Model, Professional Resource expectations, as well as interactive presentations from all of the departments throughout the company. The orientation kicked off with a welcome reception at the Renaissance Hotel's Mt. Washington Room, and throughout orientation, the group was able to enjoy dinners at some of the finest restaurants in the area including Azumi and Oceanaire.

Siegfried is excited about Megan Finney, Chacko Joseph and Marcus Lambert joining the Firm.

Megan Finney

Megan joins the Operations Team as a Marketing Associate. She comes to Siegfried from Boy Scouts of America, Del-Mar-Va Council where she worked as the Finance Specialist. Megan received her BS in Psychology at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.

Megan's passion for all things creative makes her a dynamic addition to the Siegfried marketing team. Megan says, "I joined The Siegfried Group to work with other passionate, forward thinking professionals and for their fun company culture."

In her free time, Megan enjoys staying active by playing lacrosse and training for her next run. Megan also loves cooking up new recipes from around the world.

Chacko Joseph

Chacko joins the Operations Team as a Technology Associate. He comes to Siegfried from Biotelemetry Inc., where he worked as a Network Administrator. Chacko believes that his technical and entrepreneurial skills make him a great fit for the firm.

Chacko says, "I joined Siegfried for the unique culture and the amazing growth opportunity".

In his free time, Chacko stays busy through sports and sky-diving. He is an avid Philadelphia sports fan and enjoys attending all Philadelphia sporting events. Chacko is an energetic and enthusiastic individual and he hopes take those characteristics with him everywhere he goes.

Marcus A. Lambert

Marcus is an accounting Professional who joins the Operations Team as a Staff Accountant. Prior to joining Siegfried, Marcus was an Accountant at Comcast who specialized in Accounts Payable. Marcus received his Bachelors in Accounting at California University of Pennsylvania, and is now pursuing the next step of becoming a CPA.

Marcus' passion, dedication and eagerness to go out of his comfort zone allow him to adapt to any situation and be successful at it. Marcus says, "When it comes to new opportunities, be comfortable with the uncomfortable. You'll never learn or grow if you don't challenge yourself."

In his spare time, Marcus loves to play guitar and plays for multiple bands in Philadelphia. He also loves to stay active playing basketball, football and snowboarding. He is very adventurous and loves to enjoy the great outdoors.
