The Signorelli Company Sells Site to Griffin Properties for Multi-Family Development at The Shops at Aspen Creek
277-unit garden apartment community now in design
BROKEN ARROW, Okla., Jan. 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Signorelli Company, developer of The Shops at Aspen Creek, has sold a 12.2-acre site for a multi-family development to Griffin Properties of Fort Smith, Arkansas. At completion, The Shops at Aspen Creek is planned to include more than 1 million square-feet of the best brands in shopping, dining and entertainment. The Shops at Aspen Creek is located just 12 minutes from Downtown Tulsa in the highly sought-after urban city of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. In addition to the multi-family residences, this metropolitan destination will include a delicious mix of restaurants, copious stores and boutiques, and a five-star entertainment venue that rivals the best in the nation.
Construction of the up to 277-unit multi-family development, named The Reserve at Aspen Creek, is planned to begin in June of this year, with the opening anticipated in mid-2016. Situated at the east end of The Shops at Aspen Creek, with entrances from West Tucson Street and West Aspen Creek Drive, the three-story, garden-style apartments are now in design.
