Executive search leader deepens the firm's capabilities across food and beverage, hospitality, franchising, and the broader multi-unit consumer economy as client demand accelerates.
LOS ANGELES, Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Talent Studios today announced that Allison Ruderman has joined the firm as Partner. Allison will advise founders, private equity sponsors, boards, and executive leadership teams on critical C-suite and senior functional appointments across the consumer economy, with particular depth in restaurants, hospitality, food and beverage, franchising, and other multi-unit businesses.
Ruderman's appointment reflects The Talent Studios' continued expansion across the B2C economy and growing work with private equity sponsors, founders, and management teams navigating complex periods of growth and transformation. Her addition deepens the firm's capabilities across multi-unit and franchised business models, where clients increasingly value advisors who understand not only the executive talent market, but also the operating realities of scaling complex organizations.
With 15 years of experience across the restaurant and consumer sectors, Ruderman combines executive search expertise with firsthand operating experience inside high-growth organizations. Her work has spanned emerging concepts, national brands, institutional platforms, and adjacent categories including health, beauty, fitness, and wellness.
Before entering executive search, Ruderman held leadership roles at Bond Vet, Convene, and Craveable Hospitality Group, formerly David Burke Group. She began her career in restaurant operations at Hillstone Restaurant Group, working across California, Texas, Georgia, and New York. Having both recruited leaders for and operated inside the kinds of organizations she now serves, she brings an unusually informed view of the executives and organizational capabilities required to scale complex, multi-unit businesses.
"Allison brings a rare combination of search expertise, operating credibility, and deep relationships across the multi-unit consumer landscape," said Jeremy Cohen, Co-founder and CEO of The Talent Studios. "She understands the leadership challenges facing founders and investors because she has experienced them from inside the business. We're thrilled to welcome her as we continue expanding our work across food and beverage, hospitality, and the broader consumer economy."
"The Talent Studios is building the kind of modern, collaborative search platform I believe clients increasingly need," said Ruderman. "I was drawn to the firm's combination of deep sector expertise, rigorous advisory work, and forward-looking technology. I'm excited to help build upon that platform and partner with founders, sponsors, boards, and management teams during their most consequential stages of growth and transformation."
Ruderman's appointment reflects The Talent Studios' investment in experienced search leaders who combine sector expertise with a nuanced understanding of clients' businesses. She will further strengthen the firm's work with founder-led, private equity-backed, and public companies across the consumer economy.
