The Whitford of Dublin to Offer Luxury Senior Living in San Francisco's Tri-Valley Region

Opening in fall 2026, the 140-unit community will offer senior living, including assisted living and memory care residences with upscale amenities.

DUBLIN, Calif., March 6, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Opening in fall 2026, Harbert South Bay Partners will introduce The Whitford of Dublin. This luxury senior living community, with suburban comfort and top-tier amenities, will be in one of California's fastest-growing cities, providing a much-needed residential option in the Tri-Valley area near San Francisco.

The community will feature a total of 140 assisted living and memory care residences, offering studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans ranging up to 1,499 square feet — larger than typical for senior living. Almost six beautifully landscaped acres will feel like a natural extension of the city's beloved parks and greenspaces, creating a welcoming and serene environment for residents.

As awareness of senior housing options grows, so does demand — especially with the "silver tsunami" approaching. Today, 13 million Americans are 80+, with 1 million more joining every two years. By 2030, 20% of the U.S. population will be 65+, increasing the need for senior living solutions.
