The Wireless Repair EXPO 2017 Announces Keynotes and Featured Speakers at "Mobile World Congress Americas in Partnership with CTIA"
Sessions open to all registered attendees
SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 24, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Reverse logistics and service quality experts will present best practices for the aftercare of mobile devices, during the inaugural Mobile World Congress Americas in San Francisco, September 12-14, 2017. 30,000 attendees are expected to attend this event held at the Moscone Conference Center.
The Wireless Repair EXPO 2017, an onsite partner program produced by The Branding Network, is proud to host the fourth annual co-located wireless repair community event held during the largest tradeshow for wireless professionals in the US. Keynotes this year include CEO of CellPoint Corporation, Ehsan Gharatappeh, a veteran in reverse logistics who will address OEM compliance and chain of custody processes and CEO of Phone Medic, Christine Ricci, who is a national speaker with in-depth knowledge of leadership trends and will share advice on how to gain a strategic advantage through organizational leadership. Jeremy Willis, Director of Strategic Partnerships for AGiRepair will host a power-packed panel discussion that will include industry leaders from Samsung, uBreakiFix, iQmetrix and Katalyst whom are all in it to win it in the device repair channel.
Beginning Tuesday, September 12th, featured speakers will include Stacy Hamer, Director of Professional Services at iQmetrix, addressing a new retail POS module specifically built for repair stores. From Asset Science, John Sheeran, CEO, and Don Riley, VP of Sales, will discuss the importance of proper device diagnostics. The afternoon will showcase interactive sessions with Seth Dare of Gadget Guard, Aaron Bower of VoiceComm and Jack McArtney of Recipero. Day 1 concludes with a cocktail reception sponsored by Recipero. All Mobile World Congress Americas attendees are welcome to join us onsite in Theater #2002 for any of these hourly workshop sessions.
On Wednesday, September 13th, featured speakers, immediately following the keynote will include, Chris Johncke, CEO of iFixYouri, who will announce the Independent Repair Coalition, joined by a few of its founding members. Shiv Dawadi, CEO of Apptoe, will present a demo on how to enhance repair retailers' customer engagement. James Tenser, president of VSN Strategies, will highlight retail trends. The afternoon will feature a very important discussion regarding data privacy for the smartphone industry led by Richard Steinnon, Chief Strategy Officer of Blancco Technology Group. Jonathan Bergman, CEO of HireWellNow, will share 10 insider secrets to better hiring. Final speaker of the series will be Pasi Pihlman, Sales Director of Piceasoft, who will discuss device lifecycle solutions. Day 2 will conclude with a networking cocktail party, sponsored by Cygnett, which will also be located onsite in Theater #2002.
