This comes after Magistrate Judge Laurel Beeler of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California denied Cellulose Material Solutions' (CMS) request to reconsider her previous ruling that invalidated CMS's patent claims (U.S. Patent No. 11,078,007) against PET insulation technology used in its InfinityCore box liner. The judge rejected CMS's legal assertion, reaffirming that indeed TSS's product was offered for sale prior to CMS's patent claim.
