ThinkFun, Inc. Expands Reach, Names New Public Relations Director

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 4, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- ThinkFun Inc, the internationally-acclaimed leader in educational games that ignite the minds of both children and adults, announced the addition of Jennifer Viau as Director of Public Relations at its Alexandria, Virginia headquarters.

Jennifer joins ThinkFun, Inc. after a career with the U.S. Department of State, serving most recently as Outreach Officer the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs.  She has also held the position of Deputy Spokesperson for the Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs (October 2006- 2008), and served on the Secretary of State's media events team (January 2005-September 2006).  Her overseas experience comprises developing and executing outreach programs to tell America's story and inform on US assistance, foreign policy, culture, and values, (Chile, January  2009-November 2010) and managing a grants team tasked with advancing democracy and bolstering a free press (Ukraine, August 2013 – July 2014).  Prior to the State Department, Jennifer worked as a legislative aide at the Massachusetts State House, focusing on constituent outreach (Representative Mary Jane Simmons D-Leominster) under the supervision of current State Senator Jennifer Flanagan (D-Leominster).
