Third Johnny Rockets Rolls Onto the Las Vegas Strip

ALISO VIEJO, Calif., Dec. 16, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Home of the Original Hamburger debuted its all-American fare at a new casino location on Nov. 23 in the Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel & Casino's food court. A grand opening ribbon-cutting ceremony took place on Dec. 10 with guest of honor Holly Madison, spokes model Claire Sinclair, and Bettie Page models in era-appropriate attire. This marks the classic American brand's eighteenth restaurant in a casino, which has been the largest category of revenue growth in the past year.

The 600-square-foot restaurant employs 40 team members, and features a fast casual-concept with walk-up registers for fast, friendly ordering, along with counter and food court seating. Hotel guests and visitors can savor an original menu of signature items including Original Hamburgers, American Fries and Deluxe Shakes.

Located near the Flamingo's main showroom, the food court has five eateries, including Johnny Rockets, all managed by Fifth Avenue Restaurant Group. The Nevada-based multi-unit franchise company also owns Johnny Rockets in the Venetian Hotel & Casino, Fashion Show Mall and Meadows Mall.
