Three Proactiv Social Media Campaigns Named Finalists for PR News' Social Media Icon Awards

In the category "Twitter: Best Use of Hashtags," Proactiv was named a finalist for the #ProactivWorks campaign. #ProactivWorks was created to encourage followers to share their experience with and love for Proactiv products to be entered to have their Tweet appear in a Proactiv commercial.  The campaign was developed with the dual goals of encouraging positive, authentic Tweets and other social content while creating an easy mechanism for consumers to opt-in to have their social content considered to support the brand, possibly as part of one of their favorite celebrity's national television commercials. The #ProactivWorks project has generated hundreds of positive fan Tweets to date.  

Two Proactiv YouTube campaigns were also named finalists in the categories of "YouTube: Individual Video or Channel" and "YouTube: Marketing Campaign," respectively. The brand's enhanced YouTube channel and "Celebrity Swag" YouTube marketing campaign are up for consideration to win these categories.
