B2B firm strengthens leadership to expand services for industrial and corporate clients across Tennessee and beyond
NASHVILLE, Tenn., Oct. 16, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Tiny Mighty Communications, a Nashville-based corporate and marketing communications agency serving industrial and manufactured brands, today announced the appointment of Eric Tieles as Vice President and General Manager.
Tieles will lead client service and agency operations, overseeing account strategy, delivery excellence and growth. His arrival ensures the firm's local and national clients continue to receive high-touch support, while Founder and CEO Paul Oakley focuses on expanding Tiny Mighty's capabilities and geographic reach. That includes growing into new markets and deepening expertise across engineered, regulated, specified and distributed industries such as automotive, building products, construction, advanced materials, packaging and life sciences.
The addition of Tieles also rounds out Tiny Mighty's formal leadership team, which now includes Oakley as CEO, Tieles as VP/GM and Brittnei Krafzig, the firm's Director of Operations. Together, the trio brings complementary expertise in vision, client service and operational excellence, positioning the firm for its next phase of growth.
"Eric is the kind of leader who sharpens both the work and the business behind it," said Oakley. "His strategic insight and operational focus will make us even better partners to our clients — faster, more responsive, and more intentional about impact. His leadership gives me the runway to expand Tiny Mighty's footprint into new markets, capabilities, and the complex industrial sectors where we thrive. With Eric and Brittnei alongside me, we have the leadership strength, culture, and firepower to raise the bar for what B2B communications can deliver."
Before joining Tiny Mighty, Tieles served as Vice President at MP&F Strategic Communications, one of the Southeast's largest independent firms. Over his 17-year tenure, he led several of the agency's most integrated accounts in federal government and workforce development, higher education and senior living, while also supporting firmwide management and growth.
"Tiny Mighty has built something truly special – a bold, focused agency delivering unique work product and results for clients," said Tieles. "I'm excited to join a team that's redefining what B2B communications can look like and to help scale the impact we make for our clients, our people and our industry."
Tieles is a longtime member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and American Marketing Association (AMA) Nashville, and an alumnus of Leadership Tennessee NEXT. He earned degrees in journalism and marketing from Auburn University.
The addition of Tieles marks a key milestone in Tiny Mighty's growth. The agency has risen to the number six spot on the Nashville Business Journal's list of top PR firms, has been recognized as a finalist in the Nashville Entrepreneur Center's NEXT Awards, and has earned nearly 30 Parthenon Awards from PRSA Nashville. With a team of more than a dozen professionals and strategic collaborators, Tiny Mighty is sharpening its position as the go-to B2B communications partner in Nashville and Tennessee for industrial clients navigating complex value chains.
