Cohen's appointment comes shortly after TiTAN Platform US named digital entertainment industry veteran Adrian Sexton as CEO and completes the company's stellar executive management team including Chief Content Officer Kelly DiGregorio (YouTube, Verizon, Intel) and Chief Revenue Officer Richard Sussman (TiVo, Nielsen, IPG).
Cohen previously served as COO and CMO of Otter Products (Otterbox and Lifeproof brands), mobile industry innovators in premium protective cases for smartphones and tablets. Otter Products was named an Inc. "Top 500 fastest growing company" and the Otterbox and Lifeproof brands were recognized as the industry's top two brands during his time heading marketing for the companies. As a senior digital, technology, and consumer products executive, Cohen has a 20-year history of driving profitable revenue growth through ROI-focused acquisition marketing.
Cohen's deep professional experience includes leading both small, rapidly growing companies and revitalizing larger businesses. He was leading marketing during the successful sales of Gemstar-TV Guide to Macrovision for $2.3B and Lifeproof to Otter Products. In addition to Otter Products, Cohen has held executive management roles at Jim Beam Brands (now Beam Suntory), Ogilvy and Mather, Napster, TV Guide, uBid, and Westfield. He received a BS Accounting from Northern Illinois University, an MBA from Indiana University, and has conducted post-graduate studies at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
