New program is the only one of its kind focused on exercise, nutrition and rest and recovery for adults age 50+

Tivity Health has launched flip50 in seven states – Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, New York, Texas and Ohio – and plans to add more states through 2019. AARP members who subscribe will enjoy access to a network of more than 10,000 fitness locations nationwide, along with discounted access to more than 17,000 massage, acupuncture, and chiropractic practitioners, accessed through an intuitive companion mobile application.
