• Daniel Swayze, PE, CME, Senior Vice President and Regional Manager – Energy & Utilities – Mr. Swayze brings more than 21 years of experience providing consulting and engineering services to private and public clients and has extensive experience developing solutions for energy efficiency, energy procurement and renewable energy projects. Dan has extensive familiarity with energy regulations and markets and has worked with many counties, cities and municipalities to secure funding for infrastructure projects through applicable federal and state incentive programs. He holds a master's degree in finance from Rutgers University, a master's degree in environmental engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
• Michael Mandzik, CEP, Director – Energy Procurement Advisory Services – Mr. Mandzik, a Certified Energy Procurement Professional, is a recognized expert in the field of energy procurement with more than 30 years of industry experience. His background includes working as an instructor for the Association of Energy Engineers' energy procurement professional certification program and as a marketer of energy futures for the New York Mercantile Exchange. In his current role at T&M, Mike is responsible for working with our clients to initiate, implement and administer efficient energy procurement plans and programs for electricity, natural gas, coal, propane and petroleum fuels. He holds a master's degree in energy management from the New York Institute of Technology and a bachelor's degree in industrial education and technology.
• Tara Pasca, CEP, Energy Procurement Project Manager – Ms. Pasca is a Certified Energy Procurement Professional with more than 7 years of experience in the identification, analysis and delivery of energy procurement strategies and retail market opportunities. Tara also has expertise in managing multi-member aggregation groups and cooperative pricing systems (Co-Ops). She is a member of the Association of Energy Engineers and currently serves as Board Secretary for their Greater Philadelphia chapter.
• Michelle Trumbetti, Utility Billing Analyst – As a utility billing analyst with T&M's Energy and Utilities Group, Michelle is responsible for gathering historical usage data, analyzing utility energy usage and consumption, auditing commercial and industrial energy bills, on-going tariff analysis and monitoring commodity markets.
