T&M Associates Makes Strategic Hires to Expand Coverage of Pennsylvania Market

LANCASTER, Pa., Feb. 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- T&M Associates has made some key hires to support the startup and expansion of their Lancaster, PA office and strengthen their ability to serve clients throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Cynthia L. Zawrotuk, PE, with more than 21 years of experience in the engineering consulting field, joins the firm as Group Manager. Her diverse background includes environmental infrastructure and facility improvement projects involving extensive interaction and communication among municipal officials, community stakeholders, the general public and regulatory agencies; financial analysis and funding procurement; permitting and regulatory compliance. As a Group Manager with T&M, Ms. Zawrotuk will primarily be focused on growing T&M's Lancaster, PA office. She holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Dayton.

Mendi C. Lowe, PE, brings more than 24 years of experience providing consulting and engineering services to public, industrial and institutional clients to her new role as Client Manager. Her varied background includes project and construction management of wastewater, water, streetscape, park, streambank restoration, stormwater control, utility master planning, regulatory compliance, athletic facilities and dormitory building projects. As Client Manager, Mendi will support the startup and expansion of T&M's Lancaster PA office, which will offer the full breadth of T&M's services. She holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Bucknell University.

Freddy E. Lutz, T&M's new Regional Marketing Manager, has more than 18 years of experience in municipal operations, zoning and land use procedures, environmental regulations, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), client relationship management, and stakeholder outreach and engagement. His diverse background includes serving as zoning officer for a township in eastern Pennsylvania; managing a variety of public and private projects, including single and multi-lot residential developments, water resource development, and wastewater facility planning. Mr. Lutz's role at T&M will be to assist with the continued growth of T&M's practice throughout Pennsylvania, and serve as a liaison between T&M's award-winning technical experts and clients in a range of market sectors.  He holds a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from Lock Haven University.
