Elizabeth "Betsy" Anne Bowe of Columbus, OH
Betsy is a Grants Program Manager based out of T&M's Columbus, OH office. She has 18 years of experience in environmental consulting and has assisted both public and private clients author and implement over $25 million in grant-based project funding. Her focus is on providing T&M's clients with the full range of funding and grant support services, including strategy development, funding and grant writing assistance, regulatory agency coordination, public outreach, and reporting and compliance.
Frank Buczek, Jr., PE of Hopelawn, NJ
Frank, with more than 17 years of experience, serves as T&M's Group Manager for Buildings and Industrial Structures. He has been responsible for the planning, design, construction and inspection of complex structures, including waterfront facilities, site structures, terminals, parking decks, and other building classifications working closely with various agencies and public and private clients.
Jeffrey DeLaet, PE of Cincinnati, OH
Jeff is a Principal Engineer and manager of T&M's Cincinnati, OH office. He has over 25 years of experience in environmental consulting, specializing in remedial investigation/engineering, environmental compliance/permitting, and solid waste engineering services for both private-sector and public-sector clients in Ohio and throughout the Eastern United States. Jeff serves as a trusted strategic advisor to his clients in developing and implementing business solutions that fulfill their environmental responsibilities.
Patrick Jeffery, PE, PP, CME of Bayville, NJ
Patrick is a Principal Engineer with T&M's Municipal Services Division. He has nine years of professional experience in planning, engineering, design and construction related to various municipal engineering and capital improvements projects, including roadways, stormwater management systems, sanitary systems, subdivisions, parks and recreation, and potable water systems.
James Peeples, PE of Westerville, OH
James is a Vice President based out of T&M's Columbus, OH office. He has more than 25 years of experience in the environmental sciences with project experience focused on industrial water quality, landfill design and construction, in-situ remediation, PCB clean-up, LNAPL recovery, leachate treatment, groundwater modeling, MGP site remediation, DNAPL source area treatment, vapor intrusion and natural attenuation.
Evan Stone, ASLA, RLA, LLA of Churchville, PA
Evan is T&M's Group Manager of Landscape Architecture. He has 27 years of experience providing award-winning land planning, landscape architecture, recreation planning, environmental design and urban design. Under Evan's direction, T&M's landscape architecture department relies on a deep understanding of natural systems, careful analysis and the individual needs of our clients to develop sustainable design solutions that are environmentally, economically and culturally responsive.
