Closing fiscal year 2025 on September 30th, TMC Financing approved 548 SBA 504 loans, totaling over $2.4 billion in total project financing—surpassing all other SBA 504 lenders in both loan count and total dollar volume. These funds are projected to help create over 7,000 new jobs.
