TMI: Aligning for Growth with Hires of New President, New COO and New SVP Business Development Officer
FT. WORTH, Texas, June 8, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- TMI Trust Company (TMI), a Texas based corporate trust company, announces the addition of Steven B. Eason as President, Dennis D. Gillespie as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, and Thomas H. Caruth as Senior Vice President, Business Development.
Eason and Gillespie are nearly 30-year veterans of corporate trust and joined TMI on January 1, 2016 following 13-year careers with Deutsche Bank National Trust Company where Mr. Eason was the senior manager of Public Finance Trust Services and served on the Board of Directors, and Mr. Gillespie was a Director and regional manager of corporate trust.
Together they will facilitate the expansion of TMI as a full-service corporate trust provider in both the corporate and public finance markets.
