Toluna Names Jim Fredrickson, Group Chief Operations Officer

Jim brings a wealth of experience to Toluna.  Most recently, he served as President, North America for IPSOS Interactive Services where he was responsible for all of the company's online market research activity in North America.  Before working for IPSOS, Jim spent more than 20 years at Harris Interactive, where he held the title of Executive Vice President, Global Research Operations and was responsible for a number of initiatives, including the globalization of Operations and the development of the company's online market research capabilities.
