Medovoy advises clients on matters before FERC, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC), drawing on insights he gained during his 16-year career at FERC.

Medovoy led all aspects of the agency's enforcement program, including investigations, litigation, audits and market surveillance, working closely with other federal agencies and industry stakeholders. Before his appointment as deputy director, he held multiple leadership roles in the Office of Enforcement and was instrumental in shaping policy and leading high-profile matters that influenced the regulatory landscape.
