Tosho Inc. Acquires Minority Stake in Italy-based Health Robotics; Helps Fend Off Unwanted Takeover Attempts

Health Robotics today announced that Japan-based Tosho Inc. acquired an undisclosed minority stake of Health Robotics' stock from some of its original founders, enabling it to successfully repel hostile takeover attempts by undisclosed American-based third parties, and to retain its independence.
