Touchstone Bank names Mr. Joseph Pennington Chief Accounting Officer and Announces Future Transition Plans for Chief Financial Officer Position
PRINCE GEORGE, Va., Oct. 10, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Touchstone Bank (OTC Pink: TSBA) is pleased to announce Mr. Joseph Pennington as its new Senior Vice President/Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Pennington has extensive senior executive banking experience having served as Chief Financial Officer at several institutions, most recently with Southern National Bancorp of Virginia, Inc. (Sonabank). Mr. Pennington holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from West Virginia University and is a licensed CPA. Mr. Pennington will transition from his position as Senior Vice President/Chief Accounting Officer to the role of Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer effective January 1, 2019. Concurrent with Mr. Pennington's transition, Ms. Vera Primm, Touchstone Bank's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will move to the position of Executive Vice President/Chief Accounting Officer.
