NEW YORK, Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- TOUS les JOURS, the bakery café known for its freshly baked breads, handcrafted pastries, cakes, and beverages inspired by Korean traditions, is introducing a limited-time Shine Muscat collection featuring three bakery creations made with premium Shine Muscat grapes. Available October 29 through November 25 at five participating corporate locations in California and New York, the seasonal lineup brings the distinctive fruit to familiar bakery favorites.

TOUS les JOURS is introducing a new limited-time collection featuring three bakery creations made with premium Shine Muscat grapes.

Known for their crisp texture, floral aroma, and naturally sweet flavor, Shine Muscat grapes are a popular seasonal fruit in Korea, often enjoyed fresh, gifted for special occasions, and incorporated into desserts. Their delicate sweetness and refreshing flavor make them a fitting addition to TOUS les JOURS' latest collection of seasonal bakery creations.

The seasonal collection features three items:

Shine Muscat Paradise Cake (Petite): A petite, layered cake featuring juicy Shine Muscat grapes, sweet-tart strawberries, and soft, airy Cloud Cream.
Shine Muscat Yogurt Croissant: A buttery, flaky croissant filled with juicy Shine Muscat grapes and refreshing yogurt cream for a bright, balanced flavor.
Shine Muscat Vanilla Danish: A flaky square Danish topped with juicy Shine Muscat grapes and creamy Vanilla Cloud Cream speckled with real vanilla bean.

"Our Korean heritage continues to inspire the flavors and ingredients we bring to our guests," said Max Gallegos, Chief Marketing Officer of TOUS les JOURS. "With this seasonal collection, we're highlighting Shine Muscat grapes, a beloved Korean fruit, in three bakery creations that bring something new to familiar favorites. It's another way to share the flavors and traditions that inspire our menu while giving guests something special to look forward to this season."

To celebrate the launch, guests who spend $15 or more, including at least one Shine Muscat item, will receive a complimentary Shine Muscat fruit cup while supplies last. The fruit cup has an approximate retail value of $5, giving guests another way to enjoy the seasonal fruit. The collection will be available at five participating TOUS les JOURS corporate bakery cafés: Brea, La Habra and Cerritos in California, and Union Street and Madison Square Park in New York.
